Overview

The Reconciliation section can be found in the Booking Management tab under the Account Management. It shows all the bookings within the account.



Benefits of Using this Feature

The Reconciliation section allows you to share the Booking Status of Commission Campaigns with the channels and DerbySoft for invoicing process.

Note: 
Below is the information you need to know for checking the changes on the Reconciliation page.

If you update the booking status, you will see a Sync Icon. This icon indicates that your changes are syncing to the database and will update the related reports when the sync process is ended.


After the database changes, the bookings that come from various commission campaigns with the channels will be synced.


The sync process occurs on a monthly cadence (before the 17th of each month), which means you need to update the bookings with check-out dates of the prior month before the 17th of the current month.


You will not be able to edit the bookings on the channel after they have been synced.


If you forget to update the bookings before the data sync with a channel, you can edit the bookings, however these updates will not be synced to the channel.
