TABLE OF CONTENTS

  1. Step 1 Filter the Bookings You want to Update
  2. Step 2 Click Update Bookings and Download the Template File
  3. Step 3 Edit the Bookings in the File
  4. Step 4 Upload the File

Instructions

Step 1 Filter the Bookings You Want to Update

You can use the Add Filter function to select the bookings and choose the filter conditions from the dropdown list. You can add several filters at the same time.

Step 2 Click Update Bookings and Download the Template File

Click Update Bookings

Choose Download Bookings, then click Download.

Notes:
We need up to 2 hours to update your latest changes in our database. This means that the document you have downloaded might not be the latest one. e.g.If you changed booking status from "Cancelled" to "Stayed" 1 min ago via UI, and then downloaded the document, the booking status in the document might be "Cancelled". In this case, you'd better to change the booking status from "Cancelled" to "Stayed" in the document and upload it. If you do not change the booking status, we will still use "Cancelled" as this is the latest change you have made.

Step 3 Edit the Bookings in the File

  • Please DO NOT change or remove the columns named “SID” and “Booking_ID” because we will use these to upload the file.
  • The document MUST be in “CSV” format. If you are using macOS, you can use the “Numbers” app to open this document. After you edit anything, you need to click “Export” -> “CSV,” then this document can be transferred to a “CSV” format.

Step 4 Upload the File

Choose Import Completed Template then click Upload.

Notes:
① We will ignore the changes in the rest columns (like Booking Number, Hotel Code).
② You can also upload only a part of the rows in the upload document( e.g. if you download the file, and the file contains 10 rows, you can delete 2 rows, and just upload the rest 8 rows).
