In this article, how to create and manage your Geo location group will be explained in detail. Managing your Geo Location Group helps to identify your target customer groups more clearly.

Instructions

Step 1 Select Geo Location Management

Find Account management in the navigation bar and select Geo Location Management.


Step 2 Create Group

Note:
Once reached the maximum group number of 250, Create Group button will grey out.


Step 3 Setting

Fill in the setting details of the group.

Note:
Each location can only be added into 1 location group. Overlapping is not allowed. If the location currently exists in another group, once move the location to the selected Geo location and save, it will be removed from another group.

 

Step 4 Save

When you finish the setting of the group, don't forget to save it.



Outcome

After you have finished creating a new location group, you can see the following on the management page.

Target locations display as “names”.

Multiple locations use “,” to separate

Active Campaign

The active campaign numbers vs. total assigned campaign numbers.

E.g. 0/0

Last Updated TimeThe last change time of the group.YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
Status

The status of the group. When the group contains 0 location, the group is deactivated. Otherwise, active.

Notes:
① When a location group is the only channel/market in the campaign, the system will NOT allow you to remove all locations from the group to become deactivated.
② When a location group didn’t bind any campaign, the group is allowed to contain 0 locations, and the status of the group will be “deactive”.
