Today we are excited to share our upcoming product feature launch with you.


In this release:

  • Budget Plan V1 is scheduled to release on 11th of May (3:00 am UTC) in the Budgets section of the platform, which will enable campaigns to operate on shared, portfolio-level budgets guided by weights assigned to each campaign.
Important:
Please note that on 11th May from 3:00-4:00am UTC, Click will experience downtime for the new update. Any changes made during this time will not be saved in Click.

Budget


We will release a new feature for you to create portfolio-level budgets with which you can allocate your funds to a group of hotels and freely optimize between those properties to drive performance.  


By using the Budget plan, you are able to:

  • Organize your budget more efficiently by using the scheduled budget

    No longer will you need to closely monitor and adjust your budget on a monthly basis.

    By using a portfolio level budget plan, you are able to submit a budget for up to 15 months. This can help you manage your budget especially when you planning for seasonal/half-year/annual budget plans.

  • No need to worry about a group of campaigns overspending
    No longer will you be required to manually pause individual campaigns to avoid overspending your budget.

    Now with a portfolio level budget plan, you can consolidate these campaigns into one budget plan. When the budget plan exhausts its budget, all the campaigns will be paused automatically without any manual work.

  • Save time as you can allocate multiple campaigns’ budgets just in one step
    Currently, you might manually calculate all the budgets for your campaigns and tediously submit the campaign budgets one by one. With the new Budget Plan, you are able to group multiple campaigns to share the total budget.

    You just need to (bulk) submit the weights and all the campaigns will automatically receive a certain amount of budget according to your prioritization.
