Introduction
In these pages, we provide the account reconciliation instruction and setting workflow.
Channel Reconciliation Rule
Google: If bookings are not reconciled within 45 days, they will be marked as “stayed” automatically by the platform.
Trivago: If previous monthly bookings are not reconciled by end of this month, they can be consumed next month as well.
Kayak: If previous monthly bookings are not reconciled by end of this month, they can be consumed next month as well.
TripAdvisor: If previous monthly bookings are not reconciled by end of the 13th of the current month, the bookings will be marked as “stayed” automatically in the Click system and be sent to the channel.

Step 1
The previous month's bookings should be reconciled before the end of the 13th.
Step 2
Eng team will submit reconciled bookings to Google, and Trivago at UTC00:00 daily.
For all the other channels, reconciled booking with the check-out date earlier than the 1st of the current month, which has not been submitted previously will be sent between 13-15th UTC 00:00.
For Google and Tripadvisor, any bookings which have not had their status updated will be marked as "Stayed", the bookings from other channels will be consumed & reconciled next month.
Step 3
You can apply for the reconciliation adjustment in the one week window.
Step 4
Eng team re-submit the feed file to TA before the end of the current month if needed.

We will submit reconciled bookings to Google and Trivago at UTC00:00 daily.
For all the other channels, reconciled booking with the check-out date earlier than the 1st of the current month, which have not been submitted previously, will be sent between 13-15th UTC 00:00.
For Google and Tripadvisor any bookings which have not had their status updated will be marked as "Stayed".
Please make sure to finish the booking status confirmation before the end of the 13th in the current month.

This is an automated reminder to reconcile your bookings if you are running any campaigns that require reconciled booking information. If you are not running such campaigns, please ignore this message.
We will pick up your reconciled bookings with check out data earlier than the 1st of the current month at UTC 00:00 on the 13th. If you miss the lock dates for this month, your reconciliation will be picked up automatically (Tripadvisor) or consumed next month (other channels).
