Introduction

Budget Plan is a new section that allows multiple campaigns to share a single, portfolio-level budget. It will consist of two types of budget plans(only portfolio level budget plan is available in V1).

  • Portfolio level budget plan
    Budgets are allocated to a group of hotels and may be freely optimized between those properties to drive performance.
  • Hotel level budget plan (Coming soon)
    Budgets are allocated to individual hotels and must be used solely on those properties.


 


Benefits of using a portfolio level budget plan

By using a portfolio level budget plan, you are able to:

  • Schedule the portfolio level budget: Submit up to 15 months of budget for your marketing activities. Help to save time when planning for seasonal/half-year/annual budget plans.
  • Set a budget spend cap for a group of campaigns. When the total portfolio level budget is exhausted, the budget plan and all participating campaigns will be paused.
  • Allocate budget to multiple campaigns according to weight in one step. No need for any calculations, assign weight to each campaign on the campaign list page.
