This glossary is commonly used terminology regarding the Budget to help you understand the function.
BUDGET PLAN

Budget Plan | Period Budget | The budget is allocated for a specific period, such as a month, quarter, or year, to manage campaign expenses. |
Budget Plan | Period Central Budget | The central or overarching budget allocated for a specific period to oversee and control multiple hotels or campaigns spending across multiple channels. |
Budget Plan | Balance | The nominal amount available for allocation across various hotels or campaigns |
Budget Plan | Central Balance | The remaining budget balance is at the central level, which is available for allocation across various hotels or campaigns. |
Budget Plan | Budget Cadence | The frequency or timing at which the budget is distributed or spent, whether evenly throughout the one-off, month, or quarterly depending on the strategy. |
Budget Plan | Budget Level | Refers to the specific tier or level of budget allocation for different hotels or campaigns, which may vary based on factors like portfolio or hotel. |
