Improvements

OTA Ads

• [New Account Process] Improve the process for a more effective way for new accounts. 

The upload page can also do mapping at the same time, you can add hotels to the account and sync up balance for Expedia. You can click Add Mappingfirst.

And then filter the Channel Hotel ID as you want to find.

At the end, if the hotel has been added successfully, you will receive a notification and the account will be changed from Pending to Active.

• [Add Funds] Booking Native Ads: Fund for Booking can be applied in real-time.

The funds can be applied and scheduled once it is added successfully now. So you can activate those funds immediately to plan your hotels.

• [Budget] Upgrade Budget Options

You can set up the monthly budget and the daily budget to do the budget control. For the monthly budget, we provide an automatic daily cap and dynamic pacing in the backend, to make sure the hotel does not overspend and reduce the underspend caused by static daily pacing.

• [Budget] If the Balance cannot sustain 1 or 2 days, then you cannot enable the hotel.

For Expedia and Trip, the balance needs to sustain at least 2 days;
For Booking, the balance needs to sustain at least 1 day.

When you change the status in Bid&Budget and Bid&Setting pages, our system will automatically calculate your monthly balance and then give the corresponding notice to you.

If the monthly balance is lower than 10, then the status will be changed to No Budget. 

If you click the Enable but your balance is not enough, then you will see a notice as follows. “You cannot enable a hotel when its fund balance is not sufficient.”

Attention: If you see a notification below, which means you haven't set your budget for the highlighted hotel.

• [Hotel Management] Your hotels can be auto-reactivated when the balance can sustain for 1 or 2 days.

An auto-reactivation for hotels has been added in all channels. Once the hotel is No Budget but the balance is >1 or 2 days(It has been explained in the last paragraph), it will be changed to NO budget status automatically.

• [Change History] Recording when a hotel is paused due to “no budget” or “no balance” on the Change History.

You can now check the details of why your hotel is Inactive, as well as find more information about the performance.

• [Destination Page] Move the Destinations to Overview Page

• [AD Management] Fixed the AD Management and it can load the image from Expedia normally.
